The Project
We Project Managed this team to implement of Customer Contracts , Project Costing, Payroll Interface
and Time and Labour within an existing production environment.
The Project challenge was to implement ensuring the minimum impact on the overall system, while maximising the return to the
contract management department. This was extremely challenging as most of the
process owners were not part of the project team and their processes required extensive change management.
