Harris Stratex Networks is the largest independent supplier of wireless transmission systems in the world.
They offer a broad range of wireless products, solutions and services to mobile and fixed telephone service providers,
private network operators, government agencies, transportation and utility companies, public safety agencies and broadcast system operators across the globe.
The Project
We were responsible for the Project definition and scoping for the financial systems analysis project.
This included software selection, budget planning, resource requirements, and development of the project plan.
This was based around PeopleSoft Projects, Budgets (EPM) and the Hyperion suite.
